Gruñido de Tigre

En el profundo anochecer de la selva,

De nuevo, escribo mis obsesivos versos.

Te hago saber de este amor incontenible;

De mi esfuerzo para que sea visible:


Te di mi calidad y sabiduría

Pero tú querías mi atención y tiempo.


Te ofrecí mi espíritu abnegado

Más mi débil físico preferías.


El arte te ofrecí como presente máximo

Y en el sueño caíste pues te pareció vano.


Te dediqué mil noches completas

En las cuales consagré millones de apasionados besos.

Sin embargo, por un descuido ahora son parte

Del uno y del todo que parten mi alma, corazón y cuerpo.
